The company’s new Smart Auto (Still & Movie) technology now lets users capture a perfect picture in all surroundings and automatically adjusts the camera’s mode in sink with the shooting environment.
The PL90 also boasts of the company’s Perfect Portrait System with numerous modes for easier shooting. This system subsumes Beauty shot to fine-tune brightness with the face tone of the subject, Face detection to recognize up to twelve different faces, and Self Portrait to make an audible noise when the subject is in the frame.
Features like Smile detection for automatically clicking a photo when the subject smiles, Blink detection for detecting when subject’s eyes are closed in the shot, and Red-eye Fix are also bundled in the Perfect Portrait System.
