Display that Can Be Viewed from All Angles

Those who visited this year's Computex, an event that was recently concluded, were able to witness InnoVision's latest invention - a 3D color holographic display that you can view from different directions. The display is able to show a holographic picture that can change shape. Such feature was obtained due to a setup that includes 3 screens and a glass plate.
All three displays are mounted behind the shield. At the same time the glass plate is mounted at an angle to reflect the pictures in all directions, informs GizmoWatch.

The latest invention from InnoVision will be available in two variants, the 640 x 480 resolution DS3_Queen, and the 1,280 x 1,024 resolution DS3_King

Thin Waterproof Speaker - New Invention

Recently, we have seen launch of some waterproof phones,allowing users to be assured that their favorite device will not malfunction in case is gets wet.












Waterproof phones require speakers that would be able to register quality sound and be water resistant. With this in mind, a company called Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd., recently presented is latest invention - an ultra-thin piezoelectric speaker.



The new type of speaker is just 0.9mm thick, having IPX7 grade for water resistance. It is known that waterproof devices have their speaker holes covered by a thin film, which undoubtedly lowers the quality of the sound.
However, the new speakers do not require any film - due to their unique features they are able provide quality sound. Because the demand for waterproof handsets is continuously rising, the company decided to install its latest invention in its product lineup.

Sony Releases Waterproof Walkman W and Stylish Walkman B

Sony India expands its Walkman MP3 player collection with the launch of Walkman W & B series. Advancing its revolutionary design, the new W series is now water resistant and washable. Sporting a new metallic look, B series offers a more intuitive user experience with booming bass that will resonate with young music lovers.

Walkman W series: Water resistant and washable

Suitable for use in active sports, Walkman W series is now water resistant and washable, allowing the player to be used in rainy conditions and even cleaned under running water afterwards. Similar to its predecessor, it features a unique wire-free, ergonomic design for comfortable fit and convenient music playback while exercising. In addition, the W series is equipped with a unique music navigation interface for quick music browsing. When the ZAPPIN TM feature is activated, the main chorus of each song is played, allowing users to easily scan through their music library, whether on multiple playlists and folders to find the song they want to hear.

The NWZ-W250 offers up to 11 hours of playback time with a full charge of 90 minutes, providing definitive convenience and freedom for users to move around while listening to their favorite tunes. Users who are frequently on-the-go will also benefit from the W series’ Quick Charge function which allows the Walkman to play up to 90 minutes of music with a short 3 minutes charging time. Extremely light at 43gms and available in three vibrant colours, the compact, foldable W series is trendy and portable for active use. On top of it, users can transfer music files with a simple ‘drag and drop` function.

The price for the Walkman W is Rs. 4,990 and is available in Black, White and Pink.


Walkman B series: Compact and sleek with integrated Bass Enhancer

The Walkman B series features a one touch Bass Enhancer with red power illuminator to boost bass performance on music tracks. Stylishly sleek, the new B series sports a shiny new looks with a sleek metallic paint finish on its USB cap. The Quick Charge feature lets users enjoy 90 minutes of music playback with just 3 minute charging, and the Walkman also features a long battery life of up to 18 hours with just 70 minutes of full charging.

Like its predecessor, the Walkman B series offers a wide variety of audio features, from MP3 music playback to voice and FM recording. Transferring music directly to the music player is also easily done with a simple drag-and-drop. Adding to the groove, the illuminator’s LED lights will dance and pulse with the music. The lipstick-sized B series also features ZAPPINTM for easy music playback, and integrates a new jog dial that enables easier toggling and music navigation.

The price for the Walkman B starts at Rs. 2,890 and will be available in Black, Pink, Red and Gold.
