While folks in the US are celebrating thelegal developments of jailbreaking the iPhone, Nintendo DS owners over in the UK are in for a little bit of bad news, as London's High Court has ruled that R4 cards, which is commonly used to circumvent security on the Nintendo DS, cannot be sold, advertised, or imported into the UK. Apparently some 100,000 R4 devices have been seized in the country since 2009. It's also worth noting that such cards have been illegal in Japan for ages now.
